      First, I was glad I found the place, the first one I could walk into and sit down! Before the door closed behind me, someone was coming toward me asking me how could they assist me. Thirdly, I was in and out in less than 15 minutes! I was there for something major and, they prepared me with information for the next step and, I was on my way!🙂

      A few months ago, I needed something notarized, so off to Navy Federal I went, and the nice teller notarized it for me. No muss, no fuss. Today, I went back to Navy Federal to have another document notarized, only to told (after a very long wait), that they would not help me because I was not a member. It doesn't say this on their website, nor was this my experience last time. It was a one-page document, and there was no one else waiting to be helped. This was extremely poor customer service, and I have no intention of doing business with this establishment in the future.
