      Horrible service the ATM Crashes non stop running Windows 7 which Microsoft stopped supporting 11 yes ELEVEN years ago. Was out 300 bucks for a week no compensation or even an spilt🤬

      I bought two rolls of quarters for laundry at this branch and each roll was short one quarter. One was, there was a penny there instead of fourth quarter, the other just short one quarter. I always buy rolls frm the bank and have never thought to count until I got the one with penny. This was after hrs, I did laundry so I had to call and get to supervisor to get resolved. I would think the banks would have better protocol, weight machines for this, to be scammed and passing on the scams to customers, but I appreciate the diligence in it being able to be resolved without me having to go out of my way to go bck to the bank to resolve it. I guess just count your change at the bank too
