Switched all my banking needs to NavyFed from USAA (after being with them for 20 years they have gone completely downhill). We are very pleased with our decision to make the switch. It’s very helpful to have a military family friendly bank that cares for their customers and offers face-to-face service. Navy federal is the biggest scam there is. they don’t go off the VA guidelines as far as getting service members approved for mortgage loan they are no military friendly, super rude, unprofessional, and takes forever to get back to you about your application biggest mistake I ever made was opening up account with them 0/10 do not recommend.
