      I would not recommend this branch if you’re looking for assistance with 529, UTMA’s or home loans. I have spoken to multiple loan officers at the branch who did not understand the workings of a home mortgage or investments. They did not even know about their third party investing. Really unfortunate. Took my money to Bank of America.

      While in boot camp, this was the bank I chose to handle my military pay. I have recommended Navy Federal to everyone who has asked, but bever this particular branch. I was told by one if the workers that by recommending my friend to join, he would receive $25 and I would receive $25 as well. After convincing him to switch bank, the african american banker told me it would appear in our bank accounts after a few weeks. A few days later, it dawned on me that she didnt even take any of my information. Not even a credit card. I could honestly care less about the $25, but the fact that she lied to our face so she could get credit for signing a new costumer is very frustrating. If I could remember her name I would post it
