The staff are very friendly. They now have an ATM but still too small for a drive through. It’s nice to be in a small enough community that you are greeted by name.

These people are the most underqualified, unhelpful people at any bank. Their online system is so terrible I have not been able to change my number with them in a year and they lost my title. I can no longer log into my online banking and they seem to be unable to do literally anything. Absolutely incompetent bank. Having paid off a 20k car loan with many many many hassles I just finally want to be done with them and cannot even rid myself of this horribly unprofessional company. Edit: Finally after making a trip back to my home town before I move states, Jenifer at the Rockport location was able to update my info and recover my title that was mailed out to a non existent address after a Hurricane took it out. It is now in the mail to a temporary address.
