Have a little vaca home in Aransas Pass. Have been using your ATM for cash for repairs. Needed some change for a one hundred dollar bill and was told to come inside to change it. Get inside and the teller tells me that she cannot do it since I did not have an account there. Are you kidding me. In all my 66 years, I have never had this happen at any bank. She said there was no way to trace the transaction. I offered my id, but no. Even the clerks at Walmart can identify a bad bill. Note: In my hometown, a local neighborhood bank ,that I had no account with for years, would cash large bills, and notarize papers for me at no charge. I keep telling them when I sold a property they would get my business and it finally happened. Just because of a little customer service.

Unfortunately, our current procedures and policies do not allow us to do cash exchanges for non-members because there is not a “hold account” to run it through our system. Nonetheless, we pride ourselves in offering exceptional service to both members and non-members.
