Good service. Unfortunately, Bank Needs to approve debit cards with pin numbers only. Because someone used at gas pump with Forged card whatever. I made police report and got reimbursed from bank.

Worst Location of all NACCU'S in Corpus. This location has the worst customer service starting from the front desk receptionist(Cassandra) . Walked in all cheerful and left completely frustrated. Receptionist has no knowledge of what every reps on duty can and cannot do to help waiting members. I waited an hour just to have manager on duty come and help with my reason for the visit. It took 5 minutes to print and sign some papers. Receptionist seemed more concerned to be on her personal phone then trying to help waiting member. She needs to receive more training and needs to take more action and initiative to help.
