The new construction on Rodd Field Rd is being handled in a very unprofessional manner. I was awakened at 3AM by the sounds of heavy equipment backup warning beeps and cement being poured. The police were called. Apparently I wasn't the only complaint about the violation of the City's noise ordinance. I didn't complain when they entered my yard and took down part of my fence without even contacting me in advance. I would expect that they would be responsible neighbors. SHAME ON NAVY ARMY FOR CONDONING THIS BEHAVIOR.

They have updated their website and customers are no longer able to make payments on auto loans online. I have been told that I must now make payments manually and provided a phone number. Absolute last thing I want to do today. The website doesn't make it clear that you can't make payments so I wasted time searching for a link that no longer exists. Not cool.

This place is a complete joke. It's run by a bunch of uneducated amateurs and their customer service is pretty much the worst I've ever encountered. Take your business else where. I wouldn't trust them to clean my toilet let alone handle my money.
