      If I could give a zero, I would. Years ago, NBEECU was a place of integrity and fidelity. Now, the representatives act as if they don't want to assist you. One was so rude that she yelled at me over the phone, which was very unprofessional and condescending. It's a shame that they get away with this poor work ethic. What can be done to improve this. If they don't want to work, they should find other employment.

      Terrible customer service. The last 2 times I was there, was treated really badly. I don’t recommend it. Representative refused to allow me to speak to the manager or provide the managers name.where does that happen? I would give 0 stars if I could.

      The the teller service with this transaction was horrible and negative from the start. At the end of the transaction I said thank you and she replied umm humm.... how unprofessional was she
