  Been banking with them since Oct. 2019 and always been very kind and it's nice to walk in and they say hello with your name..Even though I am moving I am still going to keep my account open...Thanks NBT

  The tellers aren't very friendly they are elderly and from my experience not very helpful I did not feel comfortable at all both times I went not even a smile or how are you for me but all smiles with other costumers...maybe I was too dark and young 🤷 for their liking...all I know is that I closed my account and won't be doing business with them anymore

  NBT Bank, Mount Pocono is no longer a CUSTOMER FRIENDLY ESTABLISHMENT. Like many of you, I have been hit hard from the COVID-19 & incredible Inflation. NBT no longer cares about their loyal customers. Marie, Lisa both Mgrs, at NBT no longer help or care how many fees per day, they access their loyal, long term customers who have been banking with NBT for Up to 10 years. Not so long ago I personally would receive a phone call from my branch manager advising me to make a Deposit. What a shame! Looking for recommendations for a CUSTOMER FRIENDLY Bank.
