      This is the only NBT branch that treats customers with lack of respect and a sense of entitlement. I have 5 star experiences with the NBT banks in Baldwinsville, Manlius, and Canastota. This branch consistently fails to meet even my lowest expectations and that of others. I will recommend you check what the other NBT branches are doing well.
