  I have been banking at the Vestal Branch for 5 years. What a great change for myself and my wife. Everyone at this branch has been professional and very helpful. We had experienced someone charging on my wife's debit card. I called the Vestal Branch and was told I needed to come down and change the account which we did and the issue was resolved in 15 minutes. When ever I have a question I know I can call and get an answer. Great bank with a high service level and great people. I hope to do more in the future with NBT!

  I came with a business associate and as he was walking to the door of the branch, a woman inside came to the door and locked him out as he was almost to the door because he wasn't wearing a mask. Locked him out. Of the bank. Just locked the door and turned him away. I was considering opening a business account at this bank too but I will definitely not be doing that now and he informed me he will be immediately closing his accounts for his multiple businesses as well. Absolutely ridiculous.

  anti-Semitic bankers! They called me on Rosh Hashanah to argue with me about my account. Closing my account tomorrow, will never be back!
