      I used NBT for years and it was average. My local branch closed and haven't been impressed since. My "final transaction" left a bad taste in my mouth for many reasons. 1. I was informed that after my usual location closed, I was "owned" by another and needed to contact that branch 2. overdraft on acct resulted in a fee. That's cool I get it. But the blacklisted me preventing me to open accounts at other institutions. Even though the fee was paid and balance was over $1000. 3.asked for printed receipt and teller wrote on the envelope with a pen. 4. Requested large bills from withdrawal, got 3 large notes and 25 smaller amounts
