This is the worst insurance in Chapel Hill....Matt Deitz is the most incompetent insurance agent I have ever had in 50 years. They tried to add drivers to my insurance with no proof and then told me I had to prove that they had insurance. In the process I called other insurance and found out that they were charging me three times the amout for minimal insurance. Needless to say check around and you will find they are charging way to much you can get much better insurance and better coverage without the hassle of them raising your rates and adding people who do not drive your vehicles.

The staff at this location is absolutely incompetent. The office lost my request to cancel homeowners. The office did not add a new vehicle. The office removed the wrong car from the policy and reported a lapse in coverage to the state. The office was unable and/or unwilling to provide written quotes or policy details. It takes weeks if not months for policy changes to reflect online, weeks to mail proof of insurance, and months to process any refunds. I honestly have no idea what I was charged for over the last six months and am still waiting on a refund check after finally giving up and cancelling service. Corporate was only moderately helpful but clearly have no intention of taking any action to ensure their offices are being run correctly.
