      Car insurance lapsed with no contact from this office. I’ve tried calling multiple times and never can get in touch with an agent. The front desk lady was extremely rude multiple times and wouldn’t take my change of address. Also told me I should still have coverage even though I did not. Don’t waste your time dealing with this place. Let me also state that I never EVER give negative reviews but driving around without car insurance is not something that should be taken lightly. I’m beyond livid with these people and their lack of professionalism. Thank goodness the DMV sends out letters and I didn’t have to learn the hard way about my lack of coverage!
