  This is horrible and disrespectful people I asked for a receipt of the bill I paid thru them it will be 3 weeks now going on waiting on that we live in a world of computer no email takes 24 hours I will report this to the BBB on Monday and will do what is necessary

  I had a outstanding debt that this collection company was handling. An attorney that they hired by the name of Daniel Martin filed a judgement back against me in 2014. I never paid it. Then I received a letter from Douglas County Court that the case was being reopened and I had until 10/25/2021 or a judgement would be granted. On 10/20/2021 I paid this balance through this collection agency with the agent Natalie. I asked her to send me a letter to say it was paid in full. For some reason, not sure if they do not have printers or what but was told she couldn't send me a letter. She did say she could send me a receipt but it would be a few days. I told her that was fine. She assured me everything was taken care of and that I didn't need to do anything further. The week of 10/25/2021 I received a letter from the court that the judgement was granted. So they proceeded with the judgement even after it was paid. I talked to Tom Noll the owner around 11/1/2021 and told him of the situation and he told me it would be taken care of asap. I called the clerk of court today 11/12/2021 and was told the judgement was still open showing unpaid. I left a voicemail for Tom Noll telling him to call me. They have until Tuesday 10/16/2021 to get this dismissed or I will be hiring a lawyer and suing them. This is absolutely ridiculous.
