Frisco team are extremely friendly, my entire family are customers of North Dallas Bank and Trust and my parents both are users of Frisco location. No matter how many times my dad calls in with his Online Banking issues which is the user's errors but they treat him so kindly that he won't feel embarrassed. He has gone there so many time with his debit card problems which is again his fault for entering the incorrect pin # but they have patiently took care of him. I am so proud of them to "Treat Everyone They Way They Wanted To Be Treated". Thank you Frisco Banking Center for taking care of our elderly customers with such a dignity and respect. Baharak

Disrespect for The American Men, women, sisters, brothers, and ALL who served in the Armed Forces of the united states of America! Why?—-this bank has had an American flag at the top of their flag pole that is torn and flapping Aimlessly in the face of all who have died and been disfigured ! They have told us the same story for the last four days. And still have not replaced it. Yes there are spells of Highwinds, hail, and raging storms that make havoc with buildings and flags alike. That is no excuse for not having a strong and secure presence of an American flag to show that they too Believe that our servicemen are why this is the land of the free and the home of the brave! The United States of America Veterans Association! In God We Trust !
