I've been coming here since I got my first car loan, but the teller Nicole just made me a lifelong Nebo customer. She caught a check error that would NOT have been in my favor. I'm soo thankful! Her customer service is always amazing and she definitely knows her duties inside and out. Would love to see her stay at Nebo for years to come. Please consider for promotion so she's insured to stick around for me. Thx Nebo!

I hate to leave bad reviews and generally done. I have had a great experience with Nebo except for their customer service over the phone. Every time I call their phone it takes me 20+ min to speak to a representative. Just disappointed with the customer care over the phone. Great bank overall but could work on picking up the phone!
