      ive been with nebo credit union since about december and it has been a great experience with them! my mom and i went in today to cash in check that she can not do with her banks and the experience was so quick and smooth. i would like to point out the employee who helped was carson and he had some great customer service. thank you guys for being a great community.

      Paid off and closed my credit card more than 2 months ago and they have yet to report it to my credit that it's paid and closed, but if I would have been 30 days late on a payment they would have reported that the very same day. They aren't here for their members they're here to make money and nothing else. You can tell that by how little they pay their employees cause they can't keep any decent ones around for very long. Update* per the request of the "response from owner" I called the number to try to talk to Tyler Nelson and I was told by chase that "for these types of phone calls" Chase usually just sends him an email and tyler gets back to us...so I can't actually talk to Tyler Nelson...not surprising. This is the member service you get with Nebo.
