      Rude and very inconsiderate. During the pandemic my loan was 2 months behind. I owed $200.00. Instead of working with me through this rough time they sent me papers I was being sued. I have previously paid off 2 loans with Neches. This truly shows they are not out to help the people. My entire family will be moving banks.
