I joined needham bank because of the customer service I saw a co worker recieve years ago. But now it is awful and they do not know what they are doing specifically Brian who lied to me on the phone and linked my card to the wrong account (which cant be legal but nothing happens to him). After ruining my morning plans. Also let them know I was leaving the country and my card still was blocked and had to call from overseas to fix and now trying to add my new card since Brian said he was going to print dame card number and didnt so now adding to venmo and it says my zip is invalid so can not transfer money.. Just a big screw up that i have to again deal with and call from outside the country and spend more money and be inconvenienced oh wait its sunday!!
