The lender that I was using was very unprofessional and nearly ruined our escrow to purchase our first house a week prior to closing. Neel and his Team were extremely helpful during our recent home purchase in Reno. We had just tried financing of a home with one of Neel's competitors and lost the house in the process due to some (perceived) complications related to my immigration status. When another opportunity arose, our Real Estate Agent Tina recommended Neel. We reached out to Neel and his Team and, after explaining our previous experience, were told that our situation was not uncommon at all and that they would be able to easily find funding for us. Neel, Whitney and the rest of Team Dhingra worked tirelessly on our case and were able to provide financing in record time. The thing that sets Neel and his team apart from his competition is the fact that they take personal ownership of client's cases.
