A bunch of clowns work here. Terrible business, fix your lame parking. They apparently have some Nazi lieutenant policing their parking lot, even against the customers for the businesses right below them.

Don't do business with this neighborhood works. This company is not true to their word. It's a scam company to get money of the government at the cost of you, the tenant. They treat you like a farm animals. No care to you of your family.

Be very careful when dealing with this company, they lack business ethics. Neighborworks/Neighborhood Housing Service are not people of their word. Be very very careful, even if you are dealing with their rental properties or properties they own and give to management companies to lease. For instance their apartment building Central Park Station had been under construction for almost two years, they told some tenants that is would be completed last September, but when September came they said October, when October came they said November, this has been happening for 7 months. People/family prepared for the move by giving notice to their landlords and ended up having to live in their cars or on the streets of with family members. The company is responsible for a lot of hardship because of he irresponsible/unethical dealings with customers. They provide subsided living to some tenants but this seems to be a scam to leach money of the government and treat tenants as 3rd class citizens. Just be very careful with dealing with is company.
