      I was assisted by Delores Pena in the First Time Homebuyers proces . It took me a year with all the paperwork , Bank submission. I must say this was tiring, fustrating but I stayed the course and did everything NHS told me to do as far as savings, budget, paying off debt increasing your credit score in the process. I was happy when I got the call of the grant to assist with my closing cost. I am happy to say I am a co-op owner in the Soundview area.!
