  Alex S was very patient with answering all my questions. He was knowledgeable and helpful and he helped make this a pretty quick and painless process. Alex & Neighborhood loans also saved me some money by charging me less than the first company I had intended to refinance through.

  We used Archie Vetter of Neighborhood Loans to buy our dream home last month and he was outstanding! We never had a doubt that we would use Archie once we decided to make a purchase. He came highly recommended from our realtor and is a top lender in the area and has a wide range of knowledge and experience which we could utilize. Archie and his team at Neighborhood Loans stood out as the best of the best: they were organized, efficient, responsive, and familiar with the area and market trends. We spoke with Archie initially and then he spent hours answering our questions, providing objective local market data, providing infinite info on how to navigate the complex lending process especially in today’s market. His team made sure our forms were completed and submitted in a timely fashion to meet our close date and they communicated with our agent, our attorney and anyone else needed to make our mortgage and the purchase happen. He walked us through every step of the process from start to finish and we could reach him day or night, weekday or weekend if we needed something. It couldn't have been a more pleasant experience. I've recommended Archie Vetter and his team at Neighborhood Loans to everyone I know. He's a true professional and a genuinely nice person. I hope we stay in our house for many years to come and don’t need his services again for that reason but if we do make another purchase, we will certainly only use Archie . I think you'd be hard pressed to find a better lender.

  Alex Shefcik was awesome! A pleasure to work with from start to finish. He made the home buying process seamless.
