This place is a trap. I tried to sell my car while I had a loan here. The reputable dealership was going to cut a check to pay off my title loan and then cut me a check for the difference so I could shop for another vehicle. This place insists on holding the title 14 days or until a dealership corporate check clears before releasing the title to the dealership, thus preventing the dealership from cutting me a check for the difference. The deal fell thru because of this company's policy. Not happy to say, but I've done business with other title loan places before and actually sold my car to Nelson Mazda and America Cash Advance took their check with no questions and I was out the door with a good deal. And the management lady here (Jessica) has the nerve to say that too many dealerships have stopped payment on the checks and this is why they do it this way. Really??? Dealerships are just stopping the payment??? I call BS. Stay clear of this place. Easy to get in, but impossible to get out.
