      Disappointed. Had to call several times to get status of car refinance application which was declined with no reason. Extremely frustrated.

      My debit card was canceled due to fraud. Was told to go get a new one in any branch. However ALL branches are closed on a non holiday. So now I’m stuck without a debit card. To make it worse, it is impossible to contact anyone for support. I have been banking with Neighbors for years and they are steadily going downhill, especially since switching to the automated tellers.
