      I called due to something on my credit report which I paid and then she says she can't send me a letter saying it's off my credit report and that it was sent back to the lender and I said I paid for this already and she says well you must have not becausee it was here and they don't have it and they haven't had it since March and they just called me April and said that they had this collection and I know I paid it it came right out of my checking and plus she couldn't send me something saying its paid and off my account and that very shady
