      Great bank/credit union to do business with. I have never had a problem and always find them extremely helpful over the many years I have been a member. I especially appreciate that I can easily reach them by phone if I need to speak with someone.

      Their online service has always been entirely lacking in any functional usability, even after the update, but I never had a bad experience with the bank itself until today. The manager was very rude and talked down to me, shaming me for having a lower income. I deposit my partner's paycheck every Tuesday without hassle, but today she didn't want to let me because the check was dated for 2 days from now (which it always has been). When I spoke to the manager she hemmed and hawed for several minutes, wasting my time, then decided that she'd allow me to deposit it because "it's such a small amount," said through a fake plastic smile and a gleam of fake tan and artificial blonde. Her manner was entirely condescending and classist, or should I say classless? If I'm made to feel ashamed of the income that my partner and I work hard for by a petty middle aged bimbo who sits behind a desk counting money all day, why should I bother to continue to be a part of this union? At least I didn't have to deal with the woman who forces her dog to be vegan.
