When I first became a Realtor, I went through quite a few bad lenders (and frustrated clients) until I started working with Mike Jackson at Nest Mortgage Group. Him and his team have helped MANY of my real estate clients including Conventional, FHA, and VA home buyers as well as investor clients purchasing multi-family units with ease and promptness. I now recently have had the pleasure of working with Mike and his team on my own Refinance. I witnessed Mike's friendliness, quick response time, and attention to detail once again and Mike remains my go-to mortgage guy. From my experience, he is by far the easiest lender to work with and offers the most competitive rates.

I would be extremely cautious using Nest Mortgage Group as your lender. There is currently an active claim filed with the Indiana Attorney Generals Consumer Protection Division. The claim involves President Brad Niccum, appraiser Randall Booknis and several others. The claim against them is a very serious offense, FHA Mortgage Fraud. Mr. Booknis is also in a separate claim charging FHA Mortgage Fraud for profit.

1 star is even too many stars for this LLC. During the process of buy a house, we told the lender of the repairs needed, which were several leaks, and a few other things. After not receiving any word back for over a month, they finally reported to us that everything was fixed. WRONG! There is still a very bad leak & MOLD, yes, MOLD, growing in my house. The wall is so soft, I can slightly press my finger to it and it sinks into the wall!! This lender is not trustworthy, nor do they hire contractors who know how to do the simplest of tasks,, like drywall a bathroom. Instead of the greenback board for water walls, they used regular drywall. They are scam artists with LLC at the end of their name.
