This by far has been one of the worse mortgage companies with regards to communication. These guys dropped the ball on making sure there was a check to pay for their mandated flood insurance at closing. When an email was sent to Daniel, Clint, Mario, Esmeralda and Lauren asking them to let us know where the flood check was, it was met with silence. No professional communication to say, "Thank you for letting us know. We will get back to you and let you know where the check is or if it was even written." Find someone else to do your loan with.
