Very unsatisfied with the service from Abel Estrada. I was told several days and times he would be contacting me with not a word. He ran mine and my husbands credit and advised he would be contacting me the following day. 5 days went by with not a word. The website states ‘Reliability’, not true what so ever. Would not recommend wasting your time. All I got was a hard inquiry on mine and my husbands credit report! And no help!

In this situation the loan officer happened to be traveling internationally and was without internet. Once he obtained internet access he emailed you on March 30th what the credit requirements are for obtaining a mortgage loan. Once again I am sincerely sorry for the delay from the loan officer following up with you. -Jason
