I visited this location on two occasions and each time was treated genuinely though I'm not their customer I was with family and observed the outstanding way we were treated by the vice president Teresa Cody. MS Cody has the unique ability of making you feel like you're"Jed Clampett" regardless of the amount of funds you are dealing with or even if you are their customer or not. You get 5 star treatment here at this Location..I would also like to mention The Branch Service Manager Nancy Gonzalez for her Patience and Kindness in dealing with customers. For the best experiences with NSB this is the Branch you want to do business with Hands Down!!!

I have been with this bank for over 10 years and finally thinking of closing my account. Be aware. ATM will take your money and not deposit it. Dispute that your money was not deposit and tell you there is nothing they can do because there is no money found in the ATM. Yes exactly what I was told from the their dispute department. And we are talking about very large amount. This is still under investigation due to filing 2nd dispute. The worst experience ever.
