  Not a good experience. Finally had to fire them. Foot-dragging went on and on, always requesting more information, total pain to deal with. Last straw was when they asked for a bunch of documents about stuff they didn’t need, two months after they said they had what they needed, and I told them I was through sending them duplicate information, because they were taking so long, the original documents were not up-to-date any more. Mind you, my credit score is excellent. I went to a bank, so far they’ve been great. I’m writing this review because I checked my credit rating today. They did “hard” credit checks on me, two days in a row. Lowered my credit rating with no reason. DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE!

  The people are friendly / great for the most part, that is until you get closer to your closing date. They consistently lied to me too, telling me I was approved for a house then when I found a house they told me I had to wait another month to close due to me not being at my job long enough. That was never disclosed in the beginning. To this day, I still have no idea who did the appraisal for my new house from them. I paid $480 for the appraisal, never got a report, and I was told that I couldn't see what my house appraised for until the day before closing???????? Then after a month and a half of waiting, and exactly a week before closing, they present to me a new stipulation for me to close on the house. They tell me I have to have a lease agreement for my old house? Which was never discussed the month and a half before? Also, never disclosed in any contracts/disclosures/agreements? So a week before I'm closing, I'm told I have to have my old house leased out for rent, even though I'm still living in the house at the time. Once I was informed of that, I told them to forget about the loan entirely. A month and a half wasted, and I STILL want my appraisal money back because I 100% believe that no one actually appraised it. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE.
