Barb Tornell was amazing!! I have refinanced with her twice and each time she has made me feel like she has things under control as she eases me along the path to the closing. This is definitely not my forte and so I put all my trust in her to do what’s best for me. She breaks things down to my level of understanding without ever making me feel stupid. She also has a kind and genuine heart which is a definite bonus. I would not hesitate for a second if ever I needed her again which I can only hope she’s still working when that day comes.
