Lea Quincy and Greg Riordan, are both top notch professionals. We were told by a number of people how difficult it was going to be to get a VA loan, but Greg and Lea kept us informed and educated, and basically held our hands every step of the way. How are they in business still? Terrible loan officer, Heather Petrillo. She cannot meet deadlines and should not be a in position where other people rely on her.

The worst service anywhere, lied to me several times about how my loan was going. to 5 months to get no where with these fabricators. hired a low ball appraiser to under appraise my home for refinance. they were so bad they returned my $550 fee. Maybe Reardon is better, but Patrillo and company total let down. I got prequalified and did not get a call back for 6 weeks to start process Total waste of time. Go with Finance of America if you want honesty and competent service.
