Chris and his team are amazing. I love how they keep in touch and actively work to build an ongoing business relationship. Unlike other loan/mortgage companies I have used his listens, works, and takes care of you through the whole process. Chris has already handled two refinances for us in the past 2 years. Both went EXTREMELY smooth, efficient, and were exactly as he described. He directly handles much of the process and truly kept our best interests and loan value in mind through options, conversations, and thorough explanations. He was honest, courteous, and followed through on all things claimed. Even during COVID he still made it work and we will always use him for any future needs.
