      Where do I even begin! I am very blessed and lucky to have worked with him. I have spoken to couple of lenders before him and I can tell that Phillip is someone who is willing to work with you and work it out for you! He’s very responsive and would make sure to check on where I was in the home buying process because of the crazy increases in rates. When my offer was rejected the first time, he worked on getting an underwriter approval letter to make my future offers stand out. He made sure to present options so my family and I can finally have a home that we can call our own.
