      I cannot praise Dalia Lemus and her team enough for doing my refinance. As a woman, I am always skeptical about being “duped” and have anxiety about big decisions. Dalia was highly recommended by one of my best friends. My initial call to Dalia was to ask questions and not necessarily anything more. I told her the quotes (from reputable big banks) and the concerns I had. She quickly eased my mind and understood my concerns and fears. I really felt like she heard me and knew what she was getting into with me as a client. Dalia and her team quickly gained my trust. All emails, phone calls and text, were always promptly answered. There were times I would rattle my fears out and Dalia always comfort me with her wisdom. I honestly was holding off to post this review until all was said and done. What I can confidently tell you is there was nothing hidden or thrown at me last minute with any documents.The team was honest and accommodating. Everything was spelled out of what the costs were going to be and why. Many things I didn’t understand, so I asked questions. I never felt like my questions were annoying to them. I would recommend using them for their honesty. I feel like I got the best in town and feel 110% happy with my refinance. Thank you!
