      Ridiculously high rates - would cost me up to $500 a month extra to refi if Instead I would not go with online companies. This is for low-class ghetto clientele who can't fill up online application and do their loans as majority of normal folks do instead of paying premium to "pros" like this who just fill up these forms and submit same application to same lenders. Go to bank rate instead of wasting tons of money a month and paying so much fees to those who do nothing like this "pro".
