  Lisa was an amazing professional to work with, as we went through the mortgage lending process. She not only took extra time to answer all of our questions, she was patient and knowledgable as well. We appreciated the fact that not only did she continuously update us along the way, but she made sure that we didn't miss submitting any necessary documents on time and kept the entire process moving along expeditiously.
