      Scott Chapman tried to charge us a high amount of points for an interest rate that is nothing short of price gouging. When we got better offers elsewhere he gave us something comparable but has not produced the agreed upon paperwork as promised. He makes it seem like he is doing us a favor by doing this and tried to get us to sign paperwork that didn’t have the agreed upon amounts and promised to “change” it to what we agreed to by closing. Absolutely ridiculous to ask us to sign something we don’t agree to! If you like broken promises and shady practices, this is for you. If not, look elsewhere.
