  Tanya does a phenomenal job! Tanya is a high-speed individual that knows her job well. She was able to help me to pre-qualify through the beginning to the end (a matter of months). The first-time round I was hesitant to tell Tanya about my situation after I had qualified but unfortunately, I had left my current job and found a contractor job that turned the table. Which led to not qualifying for the loan anymore. I was out of hope, but Tanya gave me moral support and told me she will be there for me when I am in a better financial situation again, I can reach back out to her. After having my baby and about 6 weeks postpartum I was fortunate to find a new job that paid more. As soon as I was in my 2nd month of working, I had reached out to Tanya again to re-qualify for a loan. The process is tedious as it involves in a lot of documents. I tried my best to provide those documents as soon as I'm able to because Tanya was so good at processing and getting back to me, I can't delay any time that I had. I was determined the 2nd time round, and it turned out that I had qualified for a bigger loan which allowed me to look at more houses that actually looked decent and not trashy looking. After Tanya and my awesome realtor agent Dylan worked together it went well and I was able to offer a good house that I didn't expect, literally the next day as the house had come onto the market 30 minutes just before. I am finally moved into my new dream home that was even better than I had imagine with the help of Tanya and her team to make it possible. I've learned a lot in the process of buying a home while Tanya was also educating, advising me, and answering all of my questions and concerns. Thank you, Tanya! On closing day, I met Tanya in person, and she is such a sweet person! Tanya had given me a cute gift for the holiday and my new home. She is down to earth and easy to interact with. I recommend Tanya if you are looking for help. I promise you the process will be as smooth as how much you're willing to put effort on your end.
