  Todd and Debbie were amazing! They were quick and efficient- and made sure to keep us on the schedule we asked for when we started. They ensured we closed fast, and were funded in the timeframe we needed! They followed up with us relentlessly, and made sure that at no point were we ever waiting on them.

  Todd and his team were awesome. They were always available to answer questions and automatically gave regular updates on the status of the loan. Todd presented me with several options on how to fund this home loan, and helped guide me to what option made the most sense for my situation. It seems too many people now perceive a mortgage as a commodity, probably because there are so many big telemarketing companies "selling mortgages" now days. The reality is--as you know, cash flow and equity objectives along with long and short term financial goals are REALLY IMPORTANT when structuring debt--especially debt in the $100's of thousands.
