I have had NBCU for over 20yrs they have always been courteous and helpful if there’s a problem they’re always there to try to help the best they can and if they can’t figure it out they make sure they try to investigate it with higher ups! I just had an issue with Dollar tree in Fairhaven with them charging my debit card twice and the corporate office of the Dollar tree has ignored me for over three weeks and not giving me my money back! Finally Jason Ferreira ( assistant branch manager) took charge of this issue and did what he needed to do and got my money coming back to me in the next few business days! I can’t thank him enough for taking that stress off my mind for me!!!!! THANK YOU ☺️

Don't ever talk to the branch operations manager. She doesn't listen, they're bank is not secure your information is not secure. Someone else called on my account with my info and reported my card lost. Should not be possible if you're doing job right for one and verifying that you actually we're talking to the account holder and for two if I still have my card and it's in front of your face, please tell me how it is lost... Other than someone at your bank doing their job wrong cuz that's a given
