  I think NBCU is a dissent bank but there is always room to improve especially, when it comes to assessing fees on overdraft accounts. They are quick to assess penalties ranging from $10 to $35. The main reason people go to credit Unions is to getaway from predatory penalties used at big banks. They need to revise their policies on assessing fees on overdraft accounts.

  I read another review about their mortgage not getting paid because their account was short 10$ and they put the mortgage thru it bounced and they took 25$ bounce fee which then they were short to pay the mortgage. I had a similar thing happen 3 times even though I have bounce coverage. The reason I got the coverage was so that no matter what my mortgage gets paid but they don't cover bounce and then the fee comes out and shorts my mortgage and then I don't know til it comes in the mail which then causes my mortgage to be late and it is affecting my credit. I am so disappointed 😞 plus the Purchase St branches ATM is always down. At least 1x a week I go and I can't get cash! PLEASE GET IT TOGETHER NBCU OR I WILL GO SOMEWHERE ELSE WITH MY BUSINESS....and I always get sent to vm no matter who I need to speak w/times I call. I have to go to a branch to get things done because u can't get anyone on the phone!

  They are a decent C.U. over all. For the 3rd time @ the NBCU downtown main branch (drive-thru).The teller put my $130.00 into another person's ck-account. I even sent the teller my bank card, ID etc. And yet she still deposited MY $ INTO another account. I had to run into the bank to explain the NBCU's doings again. Mistakes happen. But, NO EXCUSE, ...period. ;-)...
