      Lissette is amazing! She was very knowledgeable, patient, and kind. We went through a rather difficult and long refinance, but she kept us all sane and pulled it off! She was always available to answer all my questions (even if they were over the top questions) and explained how the process would and will go in a way that my husband and I would understand. Thank you Lissette for all your hard work and dedication and getting our refinance completed! We appreciate you :)
