      Our attempt to build a barndominium in Ohio was looking bleak until I connected with Tyler at New Century. He assured me that they work with out of state customers daily and that we could get the project completed through them. I'm so glad I found them as they walked me through every aspect which allowed us to occupy in November 2021. Although the project took one year to complete I felt I had Tyler and his team's support throughout the process. Anytime I had questions they would connect me to the person who could give me an answer and ease my anxiety. I really appreciate working with such a professional group as it made that year of my life much easier. If I would ever build a unique building again I would reach out to them for sure. Thanks to Tyler, Jessica and Erica for putting up with me! God bless you all!!!

      New century Bank helped us when we thought we were going to lose everything. We had a mortgage with another company when we encountered issues with our GC. We fired the GC and the other company closed the construction loan. We could not find a GC that would take over a failed project and we could not find a bank that would let us self GC. We reached out to NCB and they and they approved a construction loan with us doing self GC and paid off the balance on the other loan. What a wonderful experience! All the staff were great to work with and we completed our home within budget and within the allotted timeframe. Thank you NCB for your great service!!
