      Mike was by far the best loan officer I've worked with, he salvaged the mess Chase had left me with when they were pushing back dates left and right. I'm truly grateful for this company, they do not let you down when it comes to getting things done on time. The biggest issue I had with my prior lender was there was no sense of urgency or consideration for my file. It took almost 4 days to get back word from underwriting. With this company they treat your file like one of one, I never felt like I was just one of a million. Everything was thorough, professional and overall great. I never write reviews, but this company 100% works for you. When I switched from Chase to Nerf they ironed out everything chase was holding up my file for and did a phenomenal job at preparing it. Very few items came back as needing more explanation and Mike made sure we had everything right before sending it up-he was on top of his game throughout. BY FAR THE BEST COMPANY TO WORK WITH WHEN BUYING A NEW HOME!!! Nothing but respect and appreciation for their efficiency and dedication. A pleasure to work with!

      5 Stars just doesn't seem to be enough. Working with Michael made what should have been a very stressful situation, a smooth process despite the hurdles i inadvertently created. He was always readily available for all my questions/concerns and his follow up is exemplary. Michael's professionalism is matched only by his desire to ensure his clients are approved. He clearly has a passion to get his clients into their dream home and i am most appreciative to him and his Team. New England Residential Finance is the only company I recommend to family and friends.
