      Honestly I do not understand the negatives reviews. This bank has been so helpful to me in so many ways for me since english is my second language and I sometimes struggle with the language (I'm still learning) They are very patient and try to understand me and help me understand everything. I've called them so many times in my last vacations with problems and they always resolved and helped me in every situation that I had during my vacations. I love how they take care of my money by putting limits on me😁. I even refinanced my car loan with them at the lowest interest rate possible for me. They have a great staff ready to help, thank you so much guys 🙂.

      The credit union is great 5 stars but can only give 3 because they do not do their own mortgages. The website refers you to Allanach Mortgage. Don't do it!! They are HORRIBLE!!!! Their website is also never updated with the correct rate either. Customer service it terrible!! ALLANACH MORTGAGE was the worst experience and the teamster should not recommend them!!!
